At PatchDat Customs, every pair of custom sneakers is made with care, precision, and a commitment to quality. Because each design is handcrafted and personalized, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our work and your satisfaction is important to us.

✅ Refunds:

• Refunds will only be issued if there is clear evidence of negligence on our part (e.g., errors in design, materials, or workmanship that deviate from the agreed-upon specifications).
• Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, general wear and tear, or issues resulting from improper care.

✅ Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required upfront to begin the customization process unless a deposit arrangement is discussed and agreed upon in advance.

✅ Issue Reporting:

• If there is an issue with your custom sneakers, please notify us immediately upon receiving them.
• Delayed reporting may result in forfeiting eligibility for adjustments or corrections.
• Extreme changes or modifications requested after initial approval and delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
