My name is Charlie, and I was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, in November 1982. I am a proud alumnus of Wossman High School, Class of 2002, where my passion for creativity and self-expression first began to take shape. However, my journey took me down a different path before I found my way into the world of custom sneakers.

After high school, I dedicated 13 years of my life to active duty in the U.S. Army, serving with honor and resilience. During my military career, I completed three combat deployments—twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. Those years instilled in me a relentless work ethic, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence—qualities that would later shape my approach to my business and artistry.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded PatchDat Customs, transforming my passion for art and sneakers into a business built on originality, craftsmanship, and self-expression. From the moment I customized my first pair, I knew this was more than just a hobby—it was a calling.

Since that day, I have worked relentlessly to refine my skills, expand my reach, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the custom sneaker and wearable art space. Through hard work, innovation, and dedication, PatchDat Customs has grown into a powerhouse—delivering high-quality, one-of-a-kind designs to sneaker enthusiasts, collectors, and fashion-forward individuals across the globe.
